Suffolk Yacht Harbour (SYH) has confirmed it will be exhibiting at this year’s Southampton Boat Show on stand J222 from 13th – 22nd September. SYH will once again be teaming up with onsite businesses East Anglian Sea School, Evolution Rigging, Mr Stainless, OneSails (GBR) East and Seapower Marine Electronics to form a one-stop-shop stand.
Staff from the SYH marina, boatyard and chandlery will be joined by experts from the fields of sail and power boat training, rigging, stainless steel fabrication, sail making and marine electronics. Visitors are invited to pop by the stand at any time throughout the show to find out more about the services and facilities at SYH and its onsite businesses.
SYH managing director Jonathan Dyke commented, “Southampton Boat Show is the leading leisure marine event in the UK, and as such it provides the ideal opportunity for us to meet known and new faces. Whilst so much can be achieved over phone and email, face-to-face meetings still offer an invaluable opportunity to discuss queries and projects in detail, whilst also getting to know the people behind the business you are dealing with.”
Jonathan added, “By exhibiting alongside five of SYH’s onsite businesses, we are emulating the approach we take in day-to-day operations. We are all independent specialists in our own fields, but the shared learnings offered by collaboration between complementary businesses results in efficient and cost-effective solutions for customers. The one-stop-shop approach also means visitors can have all their questions answered on one stand before heading out to enjoy the rest of the show.”
