Piling and foundation work for the new office building are complete, the over-site floor is in, and progress is now spectacular as the steelwork rises from the ground.

Despite the decidedly unhelpful weather conditions experienced since Christmas, work is on schedule. Steelwork construction is expected to continue until about the middle of March and the shape of the new building will progressively be revealed.

There are also plans on display in the chandlery - which is of course remaining open throughout the construction work - to give a feel of how the building will look once completed, in late summer.

We will try to keep noise and mess to a minimum, to cause as little nuisance as possible to berth-holders and marina users.
