Accessibility and disabled facilities

When your mobility is limited it's not always easy to get around a marina, but we do our best to help.

If you have a disability and would like to get out on the water, why not contact East Anglian Sailing Trust? They offer sailing for the disabled and other groups with special requirements.

If you need to get a wheelchair on to the pontoons, or have difficulty walking up or down a steep slope, check the tide tables before you arrive. At low water, especially at spring tides, the ramp access is quite steep and may be too much for an electric motor - or a companion - to deal with.

There is a ramp up to the chandlery and if you cannot access the berthing office, chandlery staff will be pleased to help with any enquiries.

If you need help - please ask.

There are one or two parking spaces at the head of each ramp.

Toilets and showers

Each toilet block has an accessible toilet and wheel-in shower. You will need a Radar key to access them, or ask at the chandlery or office.
